This fourth of July turned out to be the perfect storm. We had several activities packed into one weekend.
It's not often that you can pack a National holiday, baby blessing, funeral and son's baptism all into one weekend.
- Our eldest son, Noah, turned 8 years old. We celebrated his babptism on the 4th of July.
- Emily's grandfather, Sherm Hislop, passed away this same week so we attended his memorial services.
- And, our newest cousin Sadie Jane was able to come to town for her baby blessing.
It's not often that you can pack a National holiday, baby blessing, funeral and son's baptism all into one weekend.
